License#

Scipio ERP is based on the Apache OFBiz**®** (Apache Open For Business) project. Scipio ERP is available as Scipio ERP Community Edition and Scipio ERP Commercial Edition.

Scipio ERP 4.0 and later#

The license under which Scipio ERP Community Edition 4.0 and later is released is the GNU Affero General Public License, Version 3 (the “AGPL-3.0”). You may not use the Software except in compliance with the License. You may obtain a copy of the License at www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html .

The AGPL-3.0 lets you use, study, change and share the Software. If you change it and let other people use your version, also over a network, you must offer them the source code of that version under the same license.

Scipio ERP Commercial Edition gives you the same Software under a commercial license, without the duties of the AGPL-3.0. It costs a fixed €4,800 per production instance and year, support included; see Plans & Pricing .

Scipio ERP 3.x and earlier#

Scipio ERP 3.x and every earlier release stay under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may obtain a copy of the License at www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 .

Apache OFBiz code#

Files that come from Apache OFBiz keep their Apache License 2.0 header, and the Apache OFBiz NOTICE file ships with every release of Scipio ERP.

Third-party products and images#

Scipio ERP Install Wizard is built using Install4j . The team behind Scipio ERP relies on JProfiler during development. Install4j and JProfiler are products of EJ Technologies .

Scipio ERP Community Edition utilizes images released under the Creative Commons and other licenses.

Images in use by themes are licensed under Creative Commons v2:
